| 1. At a time you can book a maximum of 14 tickets online |
| 2. You can book tickets in advance of 60 days at the maximum |
| 3. Show the SMS/email confirmation printout at the ticket counter along with your valid ID proof. In case the person booking the ticket is not the guest, a valid ID proof of the booking person needs to be produced at the entrance |
| 4. Tickets booked online are non transferable for security reasons |
| 5. Note that any subsequent claim with the same e-ticket will not be entertained |
| 6. Haailand takes no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time |
